Whether our work together is short-term solution-focused counseling or longer-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, you and I may choose to incorporate aspects from Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (movement, breathing, meditation, sound therapy, guided visualizations, affirmations), as well as explore and implement other stress reduction techniques and lifestyle choices that support optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

 

Throughout your life span, each life cycle - child, adolescent, young adult, adult, older adult - presents unique opportunities and challenges. Special attention will be paid to the particular life cycle you are currently in, with an eye to optimizing your strengths. In addition to exploring you, as a unique and dynamic individual, we will explore the "goodness of fit" between you and your environment. Are the resources you need to fulfill your purpose and find meaning in life available to you in your environment? If so, how well are you connecting to these resources? If not, how and where might you access these resources?
